For 25 years, we have been developing the baramundi Management Suite, enabling companies to centrally manage, secure and automate their endpoints. As an AI Orchestrator, you will be a driving force in this transformation. You will direct AI agents as they advance our product, create the workflows, tools and context that enable them to deliver real productivity, and bring our development teams along on the journey.

Do what you do best:

ORCHESTRATE AGENTS You deploy coding agents purposefully: you plan and break down tasks, have agents work in parallel and review the results until they meet our quality standards.
MAKE LEGACY CODE AI-READY You make our long-established C# and C++ codebase accessible to AI. This includes project context and instructions, architectural knowledge, documentation and a reliable test foundation for agents.
MAKE EXISTING STANDARDS AI-READY Our established guardrails for CI/CD, security and quality form the foundation. You translate them so that AI agents can understand and follow them—for example as instructions, skills or automated checks. Wherever possible, you reuse what already exists and adapt it selectively where needed.
BUILD TOOLS You develop reusable building blocks such as prompts, skills, custom commands and MCP servers, and integrate them into our existing Azure DevOps processes and pipelines.
ENABLE TEAMS You share your knowledge within Chapter AI and the squads, coach colleagues, demonstrate best practices and help make AI-assisted work the standard.
MAKE IMPACT MEASURABLE You make visible where AI delivers genuine value—for example in lead time, quality and developer experience. Together with the Chapter Lead, you use these insights to further develop the roadmap.
STAY CURIOUS You keep pace with the rapid evolution of AI, experiment with new approaches and bring the best of them to us.

What we appreciate about you:

A successfully completed degree in computer science or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in software development using C# and/or C++
Extensive hands-on experience with AI coding tools and agentic workflows, such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot or Cursor, that goes beyond simple autocompletion
A sound understanding of LLMs and their limitations, including context engineering, prompting and evaluation of results
Experience with large, mature codebases and their modernisation
Experience with quality, security and CI/CD standards—ideally with Microsoft Azure DevOps—and the ability to prepare existing rule sets so that AI agents can apply them reliably
Enthusiasm for sharing knowledge and inspiring others to embrace new ways of working
Very good German and good written and spoken English
Bonus: experience with the Model Context Protocol (MCP), a background in IT administration or exposure to Unified Endpoint Management
