baramundi continues to evolve: with a new corporate design, two product lines, and international markets.
To support this, we’re looking for an experienced designer who will help further develop and shape our brand visually. That’s why we’re looking to strengthen our design team. We want someone with experience who will help further develop and shape our brand visually.

You’ll develop strong concepts, refine design systems, and ensure that baramundi is visible and recognizable at every touchpoint.
Together with colleagues from Design, Brand Management, Product Marketing, Online Marketing, Partner Marketing, and Event Marketing, you’ll continuously evolve our brand. As a Senior Expert, you’ll take on a central professional role with plenty of creative freedom and a high level of professional responsibility.

Do what you do best:

MAKING THE BRAND VISIBLE You’ll further develop our corporate design and ensure a consistent brand presence across digital and physical touchpoints.
THINKING AHEAD WITH SYSTEMS You’ll continuously refine our design system, visual standards, and reusable design elements.
DESIGN CONCEPTS You’ll develop key visuals, standard formats, and brand-defining design solutions from the initial idea through to the final artwork.
CREATE BRAND EXPERIENCES You’ll shape the visual brand experience for campaigns, events, digital applications, and key brand projects.
MANAGING AGENCIES You’ll brief external design partners, oversee implementation, and ensure high design quality.
MAKING THE IMPOSSIBLE POSSIBLE You’ll use AI and new technologies to take design quality, creativity, and scalability to the next level.
WORKING TOGETHER You’ll collaborate closely with neighboring marketing departments, contribute your perspective, and develop viable solutions as part of a team.

What we appreciate about you:

Experience in telemarketing, ideally with products that require explanation
Several years of experience in corporate design, brand design, or communication design
Experience in the visual evolution of brands and in building design systems
Strong conceptual and creative skills with a commitment to high quality
The ability to translate brand values, messages, and attitudes into strong visual concepts
Confidence in executing complex design projects through to the final artwork
Experience collaborating with agencies and external design partners
Practical experience using AI and new technologies in design and creative processes
The ability to develop concrete standards, processes, and applications from new possibilities
Effective communication of ideas, concepts, and design decisions in German and English
