To achieve this, you’ll work closely with Product Marketing, Events, Digital Marketing, Sales Development, and Sales.  
As a Senior Growth Marketing Manager (B2B), you’ll actively help shape key growth initiatives and develop scalable structures where no playbook exists yet. This role is a great fit for you if you’re a hands-on implementer, enjoy taking responsibility for ambiguous growth topics, and think in terms of long-term impact—not just short-term campaigns.

Do what you do best:


  • STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP IN B2B GROWTH You will develop and manage a B2B growth strategy with a clear focus on a qualified pipeline and sustainable growth. You measure success by the impact along the funnel—not by activity alone. 
  • GENERATING PIPELINE INSTEAD OF BUZZ You will design, test, and scale effective growth initiatives across relevant channels such as paid media, content, events, and LinkedIn-based approaches. Your goal: to generate targeted reach that leads to a measurable contribution to the pipeline. 
  • SHAPING THE GO-TO-MARKET STRATEGY TOGETHER You’ll work closely with Product Marketing, Sales Development, and Sales to jointly define target audiences, messaging, and clear handoff protocols. This ensures that Marketing and Sales align with actual purchasing decisions. 
  • STRATEGICALLY ALIGN MESSAGING You develop clear, differentiating messaging for complex B2B buying processes involving multiple stakeholders. Your content addresses real decision-making questions rather than generic marketing messages. 
  • IMPACTFUL REPORTING You establish growth-relevant MarTech, tracking, and reporting structures and continuously refine them. Your reporting consistently focuses on pipeline impact rather than activity metrics. 
  • INTEGRATING MARKETING AND SALES PROCESSES You hand off qualified leads with clear context and relevance to SDRs. You actively use feedback from Sales to continuously improve initiatives, messaging, and processes. 

What we appreciate about you:

  • Experience in telemarketing, ideally with products that require explanation
  • Several years of experience in B2B growth marketing and/or ABM, ideally in the software or SaaS sector
  • Proven track record of success in building new channels or growth initiatives—not just optimizing existing setups
  • Strong understanding of complex B2B buying processes involving longer cycles and multiple decision-makers
  • Senior-level experience with at least two of the following channels: LinkedIn Ads, Paid Search, ABM tools (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase), Content Syndication, Event-based Demand Generation
  • Strong analytical mindset—you think in terms of conversion paths, not isolated measures
  • The ability to get started even without a perfect starting point and to build structures in parallel
  • Fluent German and business-level English
