SDR Sales Representative (all genders) - Entry-Level B2B Cold Calling

Home Office DE, Augsburg
Full or part-time
Permanent employee

Welcome to baramundi!

“Into tech? Interested in sales? Then let’s hit the ground running.”

Get started as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) on a full- or part-time basis (min. 20 hours/week). Are you passionate about IT and eager to deliver results with your “hunter mindset”? Cold calling is your daily routine: You’ll actively pick up the phone, spark interest, and secure qualified sales appointments. You’ll take ownership of your goals and stay consistently on track.

Want to grow? Then continue developing your skills as an SDR. Optionally, your path may later lead to another department—depending on your interests, your development, and suitable opportunities.

Do what you do best:

  • PICK UP THE PHONE You drive your cold calling efforts forward every day with persistence—working independently, well-prepared, and with a clear goal in mind. You don’t wait for inquiries to come to you.
  • DELIVER RESULTS You understand the challenges faced by IT decision-makers and secure qualified sales appointments. What matters: real sales opportunities, not just conversations.
  • UNDERSTANDING THE TECHNOLOGY You’ll get to know our products and explain their benefits in a way that’s easy to understand.
  • STAYING ON THE CASE You can handle rejection, follow up, and document your contacts in the CRM.
  • CONTINUOUSLY IMPROVING You’ll use feedback, test new conversation openers and outbound sales approaches, and make effective use of AI in your daily work.

What we appreciate about you:

  • Experience in telemarketing, ideally with products that require explanation
  • A passion for active telephone sales and the courage to make the first contact
  • Initiative and a drive to excel: You consistently pursue your goals and are willing to be judged by your results
  • Strong communication skills: approaching people openly, listening attentively, and getting to the point
  • Willingness to learn—whether you’re just starting your career or changing fields: Your motivation is what counts
  • Technical curiosity and a passion for software, IT, and digital tools
  • Excellent written and spoken German skills, as well as good English skills
